These one hour classes are geared toward our 6 and 7 year old students. Each class will consist of 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap. The skills learned in the Ladybug Duo class will be built upon to move along in our syllabus. Ballet class will continue to promote healthy posture, coordination, and technique that carry into other forms of dance. We will also concentrate more on terminology and the elements of dance. Ballet is required for all students. Students will enjoy the rhythm and tempo of tap dancing. We will explore more complex rhythms as the year progresses.
